I was truly amazed when I started my PhD and was able to publish some high-quality works in international peer-reviewed journals. At that time, I worked on the taxonomy of metazoan parasites in fish. I wished to concentrate on conservation biology in the future and was waiting for a good opportunity to work in that field.
